Account Manager

Moxē is an award-winning, Central Florida-based, full-service integrated marketing agency. With more than 30 years in business and a passion for building brands and delivering outstanding results that drive positive outcomes for our clients, Moxē seeks an experienced Account Manager with a strong digital aptitude to lead, steward and grow multiple key accounts.

Experience in the building/construction, architecture/engineering/design, contractor or building services industries a plus. Bachelor’s Degree required and previous agency experience required.

Responsibilities:

Account Management

· Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client account management matters

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and expand existing programs with assigned clients.

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions for clients’ needs and objectives

· Clearly communicate the progress projections of monthly/quarterly initiatives

· Leverage agency’s project management software (Monday) to facilitate timely client deliverables within assigned budgets and scopes

· Prepare plans and reports for assigned clients

Digital

· Manage SEO and improve search ranking for the agency and its clients.

· Lead digital marketing strategies for the agency and its clients, primarily using the company’s Sharpspring CRM platform, including managing digital e-mail marketing campaigns, paid and organic social media campaigns

· Experience coordinating paid & organic social media campaigns, digital search and display advertising

· Manage Magento e-commerce platform, as needed, for assigned clients

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field. Masters Degree preferred. Seven to ten years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator, Account Executive or Client Services role. Experience in digital marketing and/or business development preferred

Functional area requirements include

· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

· Solid experience with CRM software (Sharpspring), project management software (Monday) preferred. Excellent MS Office (particularly MS Excel) required

· Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Familiarity with the Enterprise Operating System (EOS) preferred

Media Relations Coordinator

With more than 30 years in business and a passion for building brands and delivering outstanding results that drive positive outcomes for our clients, Moxē seeks an experienced Media Relations Coordinator with a track record of generating consistent, proactive earned media coverage of newsworthy stories across client organizations.

Bachelor’s Degree required and experience in the building/construction, architecture/engineering/design, contractor or building services industries a plus. Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. IMAGE

a. Ensure a quality image both internally and externally at all times.

2. PLANNING & BUDGETING

a. Contribute public relations revenue elements and and PR-specific G&A expenses to trimester budgeting process

3. GROWTH OF BUSINESS

a. Submit public relations program elements to business development proposals and presentations

b. Participate in prospecting discussions

c. Assist Business Development Director in securing PR business

d. Attend networking events

e. Assist with internal agency PR efforts (i.e. story placement, social media content, award submissions, etc.)

4. CUSTOMER SERVICE

a. Exceed all public relations KPIs established by client agreement

b. Develop editorial calendars, story arcs and conduct media outreach

c. Draft press releases, media alerts, key messaging documents, pitch documents to meet client PR needs

d. Secure, facilitate, organize and manage press interviews and media events

e. Provide proper messaging briefs and track coverage with appropriate metrics for interviews and events

f. Create media lists utilizing Cision media database. Track media coverage and create reports

g. Manage and surface award submission opportunities for clients

h. Peruse daily HARO opportunities for appropriate story angles

5. TEAM MEMBER DEVELOPMENT

a. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve knowledge, skills and abilities.

b. Provide internal and external professional development resources for individual and team development.

c. Subscribe to PR-industry news sources to stay abreast of professional industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four (4) year, accredited college or university in Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience, preferably in an agency setting in public relations, media, agency, newsroom or equivalent. A passion for storytelling and understanding of what is newsworthy.

Functional area requirements include:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

· Strong writing, editing/proofreading skills, attention to detail and proficiency in AP Style

· Strong relationships with key media and/or ability to rapidly develop same

· Knowledge and proven ability to use media relations management platforms (i.e. Cision)

· Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Experience in architecture, engineering, design, building, construction, facility management, commercial real estate, building services or related industries preferred.

· Crisis communications experience a plus
